All orders shipped to Massachusetts addresses are subject to 6.25% MA state sales tax.

Shipping charges are added to your order total as indicated under the "Shipping & Handling" heading.

Some manufacturer pricing is subject to change without notice and so we must also indicate that our prices are subject to change without notice.

Your credit cards will not be charged until your items are boxed for shipment.



We strive to maintain a full inventory of all of the items in our catalog. You will be notified if any items in your order will be backordered.

Merchandise will not be charged to your credit card until it has been boxed for shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for any products which are unavailable from the manufacturers for 90 days or longer.



If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it in original condition within 90 days for full refund or exchange.

Merchandise that is not in original condition will be subject to a minimum 10% restoration fee.

Returns after 90 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Shipping & Handling

Order Fulfillment of in stock items is typcially completed and shipped the same day for orders received by 3pm (M-F Eastern) and 11am (Saturday).

Estimated Shipping charges are indicated during online checkout. Domestic shipping will usually be lower, but may be higher than the estimate. International shipping will usually be higher, sometimes significantly so.

Backordered Items, if any, will be shipped at a reduced rate.

Domestic Orders will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS (Priority Mail, First Class mail or Parcel Post) at our discretion, unless you request otherwise.

International Orders will be shipped either via US First Class or US Priority Mail (selection based on price and US Postal Service requirements & restrictions) unless you request otherwise. If you would first like to know exact shipping charges, please do one of the following:

  • contact us in advance with the exact list of desired items so we can give you a firm quote (charges can vary significantly depending on the size and weight of the package)
  • add a comment in the "Comments" box during checkout asking us to confirm shipping charges before processing your order

Import Duties & Customs Fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. All international shipments will be accompanied by accurate customs forms declaring full merchandise value. If you have any questions about customs fees, please direct them to your appropriate local agency.

Insurance is added to all orders of $150 or more, unless it is already provided by the carrier.

It is NOT our goal to maintain profits or losses on shipping & handling fees, but only to cover the costs of postage, services, insurance (self or otherwise), materials, etc.
